How can I access counselling or mental health support?

Answer

Counselling services are available to all Saskatchewan Polytechnic students. Each appointment is tailored to the need of the client. Indigenous counsellors are available upon request. Counselling appointments can be scheduled over Zoom (video communication) and in person. Contact with a counsellor may be client initiated or the result of a referral.
