How do I share a URL/link to an article/resource in a database?

When you’re using a library database, the regular URL (copied from the web address field at the top of your browser window) often won’t get you back to that resource.

If you want to share a link or save it for later use, you need a "permalink" or "persistent link". Each database will have the permanent URLs in a different place.
