Q. How do I download EBSCO e-books?

Answer

Downloading EBSCO eBooks allows you to read them offline on a portable device or computer.

Computer

For use on a computer, you will need to download Adobe Digital Editions first. Then create an EBSCOhost account (click the "Sign In" link in the top toolbar of the EBSCOhost interface) and Adobe ID.

Mobile Devices

For Apple and Android devices, you'll need to download an app. See Bluefire Reader at the App Store or at Google Play.

When you open an e-book, choose the "Download This eBook (offline)" link, sign-in, then click "Checkout & Download." Depending on your device, there are different instructions. See the links below for info related to your specific device.

The loan period for most EBSCO eBooks is 3 days. After that time, the download will expire and you will not be able to open the e-book.
